Seva and Viktoria Lavrenchuk are the founders and leaders of Forward Center Ministries.

Seva’s life was transformed at the age of 17 when he had a life-changing encounter with Jesus. That moment ignited a fire in his heart that continues to guide his life to this day. Two years later, he met Viktoria and immediately knew he had found his future wife.

Viktoria, a professional musician and accomplished concert violinist, lived for music. However, her encounter with Seva awakened a new kind of longing within her. Soon after, she also made a personal decision to receive the gift of salvation and follow Jesus.

After getting married, Seva and Viktoria dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to ministry. They traveled to numerous events, making music and sharing the Good News. Yet, deep in their hearts, the couple always sensed that God had something greater in store for them. They longed to see more of God’s power manifest in their lives but didn’t know how that would become a reality.

In the spring of 2019, the family experienced a powerful call from God, and they immediately knew it was the moment they had been waiting for for years. A radical decision soon followed: they left their jobs, sold their belongings, and began full-time Bible school studies at River Church Finland. Seva and Viktoria moved to a new town with their two small children (ages 1 and 3), without a support network, relying solely on God’s guidance and believing for a miracle.

The following three years were a time of tremendous growth and blessing for the whole family. Through their studies, their vision became clearer: God opened their eyes to see the mission fields and the urgent need to proclaim the clear message of salvation.

Since graduating, Seva and Viktoria have boldly and uncompromisingly preached the message of faith. Through their ministry, miracles have taken place, God’s provision has been evident, and countless lives have been transformed.

Forward Center was born out of this: passion to see lives changed and begin to shine.
